Modernizing an MTH heavyweight car

CAPPilotOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

Has anyone tried adding the roof from a MTH 70' streamlined passenger car to a MTH 70' HW car to "modernize" it? GGD sold separate sale roofs for their HW cars to modernize them, I would like to do the same with a MTH HW. Thanks.
