It appears that the motor in my 30-79183 Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer revolving action car has died.
When I got it out for Christmas this year, I put it on the track, and I heard the motor for run about 2 seconds and wouldn't run any more. I opened the car to see if maybe the film was stuck and putting too heavy a load on the motor. I removed the film completely, and the motor still wouldn't run. The light operates so it is getting power from the track.
I want to order a replacement motor, but I cannot find it on the new MTH parts website. When I enter the catalog number, it tells me the exploded parts list for this car has not been loaded on the website. I have tried several more general searches like "action car motor" and get no results.
Is there some way that I can order a replacement motor?
