I am planning to retire to Italy in 3 years. What would I need to run my MTH on their power. Italy runs on 220v 50hz

They sell adapters for this. Amazon, many others sell them . JohnA
I’d contact MTH about this. Having lived for several years in a country with 220/50, the adapters, IIRC, could compensate for the voltage, but not the difference in the 50 vs. 60 cycles. It made using delicate 110v/60hz items a little dicey. Brawny stuff, like rotary desk fans, worked ok.
Of course, it was many years ago, and the newer adapters may compensate adequately for this difference.
Any step down adapters recommended?
I would think you would only need a transformer. Everything these days is digital and that means DC, As long as you step down to 110, I can't think of an issue. There are several forum members in europe, might be good to start a new post in electrical with something related to o gauge in Europe and they would see it.
What kind of wll socket power are you using currently?
