Curious to see if anyone knows the part number for MTH arch bar trucks found on their 19th century freight cars.  I have the initial issue of 19th century cars made for the MTH General locomotive (30-1120-1) and all cars came with roller bearing trucks.  I would like to change them out to the arch bar trucks.

I have been completely unsuccessful in finding MTH arch bar trucks. I can't even find the part number for the pickup rollers for their 19th century passenger car trucks. The website is awful for finding parts, but it sounds like ordering parts from them is also difficult. At the moment I use Lionel and Athearn arch bars.

You might try and contact Chuck Sartor (sp) on the forum. I think he might sell them.

I know this is an old thread, and someone will probably bite my head off for resurrecting it, but did you ever resolve this issue?

I ask because I have several MTH Railking 19th century freight cars where the trucks have either broken or deteriorated.  I called Midge at MTH and inquired about the availability of these a few months ago, and she said when they become available I'd be notified.  So far nothing and I'm not even sure she is still employed there.

I cannot find replacements anywhere either nor the part number on MTH's website.
