Lots more going on. Lots of new stuff. Plus storms here in CA and everywhere else, it seems. We have to work against flooding....there is no rain here and hot sun for 6 months of the year...so lost of seals dry out and crack, so we have to get up on rooves and see how things look. Then when it rains, we have to go inside buildings and see if and where water is coming in. A never ending job.
