I attached this in a post and it wouldn't play. So, I uploaded it to Youtube and posted it that way, it still wouldn't play. It plays on YouTube, it plays on my computer, why won't it play here?

Well darn, when I made the comment about ad blocker being on, found out it won't play here either. Mine were on, turned them off and still no play. When I checked properties of the picture, it says it is a .jpeg on my computer, no video format.

Odd, it's an MP4 file right from my phone. I've uploaded dozens of these in the past, but this is a new phone, I wonder if it's obscure setting Firefox doesn't like. FWIW, it plays for me in Chrome as it turns out.
Doesn’t play on my iPad using Safari or Firefox browser or in Firefox on Win11 PC. However, it does play using Edge browser on Win11 PC.
Must be something about Firefox, it plays in Edge and Chrome. I think it's about time I think of dropping Firefox, too many of these oddities happening lately.
John, Same for me... yours and other videos play in Chrome, but not in Firefox. I started noticing videos here on OGR and YouTube not playing on Firefox about a week or so ago. Hopefully Mozilla will sort it out soon.
Yep, I've had just about enough of the niggling little issues with Firefox lately! 
I have dropped Firefox on my home computer and use the dreaded Edge. With Malwarebytes installed I feel like the security online is about as good as it can get (i.e. still not secure, but a better illusion thereof). One my phone I still use Firefox though. It is unfortunate as I have been a Firefox advocate for many years.

I have Windows 10 and Edge. The video runs for only about six seconds.
Doesn't run for me on Firefox.
Works fine on my iPad with Safari!
Interesting. It works for me with Chrome, but when I go to FireFox, all I get is a black screen. And both are up to date.
