Several couplers on my mth madison passenger cars sag or drop down to the point of matching the joining coupler only about half way vertically. The metal decoupler sags or drops down to the point it touches the center rail. Adjusting the screw over the spring does nothing to change it. Anybody else have this problem, and how is it fixed?

Check the screw that holds the whole coupler assembly to the truck. The bad news is that you have to get inside the car to drop the truck to get to that screw since it is only accessible from the top of the truck.

Like Jim said. A dab of Loctite blue will help prevent a recurrence.
