Does anyone know if there will be a DCS Seminar at the York Fairgrounds this October Meet. If there is one to be held, I would like to be placed on the list for the same. I thank whomever for information concerning this topic.

Yes, there will be! In fact, there are three seminars planned.
The first will be an Introduction to DCS; the second will be Advanced DCS Topics; and the third will be DCS Layout Troubleshooting. There will be other, non-DCS seminars, as well.
The seminars wil be formally announced via MTH's E-mail newsletter, which will also contain instructions regarding how to register for each session.
Oh, by the way, I'll be conducting the DCS sessions! 
Mr. Broskowitz and Mr. Lopes, Thank You for your replies. I cannot wait to sign up and attend the seminars. I learned so much last April, and I know that the information that will be available will just increase my understanding of MTH's DCS System.
