Sell parts at York, that is. Does Lionel have a booth at York where you can purchase common parts such as traction wheels, similar to how MTH does it?

Not that I know of but the service guys are there to help and answer questions.
The service people are there to take orders for all parts. I think they may bring some of the most common items people are looking for like traction tires and bulbs.
Never been to York. But have been to many other smaller shows and there is always
a parts guy available. So I am going to go out on a limb and say that because of the size of the York show(I have heard), there will probably be some sort of parts guy there to provide you with what you need.
I would only say, be patient. I have had to wait to get parts before.
I order parts from jeff Kane out of Rochester.
and I can email a parts list to Joe Scillia near Fishkill NY. He brings parts
to the Syracuse NY show 1rst weekend in November.
