The screws that hold the shell have different heads than the screws that hold other things together. If no one has taken the loco apart and mixed up the screws, you should be OK.

 

Look for the screws that have a built in washer under the head. The profile, side view of the head is like a world war one army helmet. These are the screws that hold the shell to the frame. No need to take out any screws without the "helmet head" on them.

 

Remember that the BCR has to charge at full voltage for a minute before operation. Then drop the voltage and press the reverse button and away you go.
