MTH Genset Diesel Pickup Rollers Problem

Couple of notes:

Usually I find that the rivet axle of the roller and bent metal frame of the roller is just tight from assembly. Often times, inserting a sharp razor blade to carefully pry the 2 legs apart and give the roller clearance solves the issue.

Just compared to a removed one from one of my MTH Genset engines.

Technically, the one I had was the non insulated version on a PS2 variant

The 13mm is the length of the arm rivet to rivet

BD0000097 PICK UP / O GA / DOUBLE / 6.5mm DIAM x 6.7mm W / 13mm RIVET TO RIVET
BD0000105 PICK UP / O GA / DOUBLE / 6.5mm DIAM x 6.7mm W / 13mm RIVET TO RIVET / OUTSIDE INSULATORS

FWIW, I believe the insulated versions (BD0000105) are used to prevent the rollers from arcing when crossing certain switches or other track sections (example activator tracks with extra rails). It's just narrowing the width of the contact area to hopefully just the center rail path during straight movement.

Again, my PS2 3V variant, it came with the solid roller style, but newer ones (Probably PS3)  shipped with the insulated style based on the manual picture.

Thank you for doing the research for me. I tried using the razor blade, but it didn't work for me. My Genset Diesel is a Proto 3 with the non-insulated rollers. Now thanks to you I know the part number I need to order the replacement set. Thank you again.
