These are from a Milwaukee Road Little Joe 20-5555-1  a Heavy Metal casting with 2 magnets.

45.5 mm x 104.5 MM    cover is 2.7mm thick ; alignment flanges make it 6.3 mm thick.

That’s a great option. I think a resin printer would be best due to the level of detail if I decided to go that route. However, I have access to a CNC machine shop so I’ll likely just draw it up in AutoCAD and machine it out of brass and add brass details. I like the idea of making it out of metal because the factory one was made out of die cast material.
