MTH Parts Ordering - did I miss an update>

I haven't gotten any update that they're up and running.

You have not missed any updates. They hope to have things up and running sometime next month. There are a HUGE number of parts to properly record and inventory. The wait will be worth it.

Soft opening early Sept for Beta testers, fully open mid Sept, if all goes well.

As a former employee Ryan and Midge are gone and it seems they are stringing everyone along.... enough already,,,,, just give us the site.

If Mike does show up at York ,instead of everyone kissing his ..., ask him where the parts are.

In 2013 Jeff Strank told me that later that year MTH would have a new improved website with much better parts access.  So, I've been waiting for eight years, and I'm beginning to wonder if the wait will really be worth it!

Kicking the can down the road, excuse me down the track. And here we are.

It’ll be better.  I’ve seen it.  See an earlier post on this subject.

Lets see York is October ...... line up.

It'll be worth the wait...

I have the upmost faith in the people who are putting the new parts site together.

John, I received a small box a few weeks ago containing parts that I requested months ago. These parts were actually removed from my list by MTH.  I was surprised that it I got it.  But i have no idea how the payment will work, I tried replying to the email that contained the invoice but i received no reply.

I am gathering by these responses that I am not the only one in the dark

I can pretty much assure you with a high degree of confidence that the wait will have been worth it, John.

Where are you getting your information from?….Ryan is the one running the show on the parts dept. division,……yes, Ms.Midge did retire, and that’s a fact stated on the MTH news briefing……but some of y’all need to stop spreading misinformation…..it makes things a mess,…

Geez there of been enough hints given in this thread and previous threads as to who’s setting up the parts department at MTH.

Agreed!  It will be good for all!

Ryan is gone and I got it directly from his mouth earlier in the month. He retired.  So we are in limbo right now.  G

It's been a loooooong wait from the promised upgrade of the website, so it better be extra good.

If anyone wants a preview of the new MTH parts site…

Just mosey on over to the Lionel parts site.

My sources tell me there will be a hint of an update next week.
