MTH Prem CP Hudson - Marker light question | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hi All - Finally got a MTH Prem CP Hudson 20-3313-1, been looking for awhile. Have a question about the engine marker light operation. When running forward, the lights are off. In reverse the lights come on. Is this the normal operating sequence? Is there a softkey to have the marker lights stay on all the time? Thanks.

What about head light and cab light? That engine is a PS-2 3V with a MUX board. A bad diode for PV can effect light output, but if it is just marker light, that is odd. Something weird, including some home done wiring. G
