Just wanted to share a photo of a gorgeous custom car I just picked up. This comes from the Train Loft in Winston-Salem NC. I really don’t think the pictures do it Justice, because this car is stunning in person.

This is really good looking sir. Nice
It's about time a WINE reefer showed up. There has been a new interest on the forum for wine reefers instead of just beer reefers and your's is a great one.
Thanks for sharing.
Nice. Train Loft does great custom runs that always look fantastic. Their Stroh's 36 ft. Beer Reefer was stunning.
Btw, Cheer Wine is a soft drink based out of N. Carolina.
It's a southern thang y'all....

John.... are you saying that Cheer Wine is ONLY a SOFT DRINK !?!

Yes and I am not a fan of soft drinks but Cheerwine is fantastic! It is a cherry flavored soda like nothing else.

I'm sticking to 36' reefers, and not 40' reefers (gotta draw the financial line somewhere!). If Jeff decides to commission a 36' version, well then I'll crack the wallet!

Jeff is accepting orders for his second run of the Stroh's reefers. If anyone missed out on the first, now's your chance!
Yep, it’s a southern thing! I can remember back in the last century you could not find Cheerwine outside of a 50 mile radius of the bottleing plant.
Agree with Brad, nothing like it.
John A in NC.

Well, there are those "secret ingredients."

Cheerwine mixed with Maker's Mark. It's called a "Southern Nector". Gotta try it. BTW, that is a fantastic looking train car. Thanks NCogaugefan for sharing.

I live in Greensboro. There is a bottling plant here out off of Sandy Ridge Rd near the Farmers Market.

That's interesting. Never would have thought that. When I was a kid going to West Virginia to see cousins, aunts and uncles, grandparents etc. They never had it. Had to settle for flat RC Cola.

We've got it in the DC/Baltimore market now. About five years ago, you'd see it on occasion but it was very spotty. Now, it's in the local grocery chains and other places all the time.

I get it at a local tavern here. Most places will not know what it is so you will just simply ask for Cheerwine and Maker's Mark if they do not know.

I would rather drink that or Diet Rite than that bilgewater Cheerwine!
