I have an Mth Railking Proto 1 Amtrak Genesis locomotive with a busted front proto coupler. Can I replace it with a Lionel Tmcc Electrocoupler from ERR? Does anyone know where to get a replacement? Does anyone have one?

Yes, the Lionel and PS/1 couplers are compatible.

eBay is the place to start. Lionel also sells them (Replacement Parts on their website). They have come in different shaft lengths over the years; shorter is better, so long as it reaches.
MTH P'couplers and Lionel E'couplers both show up on eBay.
Of course, you can buy the couplers directly from MTH or an MTH dealer and be 100% sure you got the right coupler.

If a Lionel one will be compatible as you said before, I am fine with doing a bit of soldiering work and fitting.
The Lionel and PS/1 couplers have the same impedance and are electrically interchangeable.

Yeah, then I will just use the one ERR sells because it is the same length as the one on this loco.
