MTH PS1 No bell | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Just rewired a MTH F3-A PS1 MT-2052LP Thanks to Vernon Barry. Runs forward & rev. chuff & horn , no bell . Did a factory reset (18) No change Is this a problem w/the chip ? Allso have a PCB board w/5 1 1/2v lights.headlight, marker, cab Bulbs work. any way to test board?

what transformer are you using some transformer will not work with ps 1 sometimes!

So in motion and no bell when bell button pressed? How about in neutral? I would think chip, but would need to be tested for sure. G
