I'm a long time reader here, haven't post much but I require some help. While working through the feature list on on a 1996 MTH Railking SF Northern, I went through Option 27 for chuff rate and mistakenly changed the chuff rate and now my sounds are way out of wack. The engine still chuffs but it sounds like machine gun fire and only on high voltages (13v or higher). I did an Option 18 reset but that did nothing, and I'm at a loss as to where to go next. Is this fixable or did I ruin a perfectly good engine?
