Friends, my Climax Steam Engine will not make a sound, other than the smoke fan humming. No bell, whistle, cab/crew sounds. I've done a feature & factory reset. Remote sound button is activated (button 4) and volume is up (button 2). Wheels and pickup rollers are clean & shiny. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Reseed the tether between the tinder and the locomotive (yes there is one).

Thank you Scott. I unplugged the one end and plugged it back in and I now have sound. However it is very low in volume. I'll carefully unplug it again and see if I can get it to improved. I've owned this since 2014 and always thought it was wired directly from cab to tender. Again, thanks for taking the time to respond. Greg
