Does anyone know for certain that they run on 042 curves? It says so, but I'm testing it on a ross 042 turnout and it keeps getting stuck and derailing.

I should specify these are the new santa fe hudsons like the ones lee bought.
On page 62 of the MTH 2011 Vol 2 catalog it says the ones with hi-rail wheels operate on O-42. Mine operate fine on O-48 but not O-36. I have no O-42.
I have run my MTH scale Dreyfuss on O-42 (Lionel and GarGraves) many times. Never had an issue. The Dreyfuss may even be a tad bigger than the Santa Fe.
I imagine it is the other way around = the 3460 class is a brute.. But regardless, I think it likely that it will do O-42 -- they say it will and I think they would stand by that.
I have the 3460 blue goose, it's about the same size it requires 054. I'll work on it more tomorrow and report back.
