I recently purchased the railking 30-11095 operating water tower.The instructions say to power it up using 14Vac.Does anyone know if you can use 12Vdc instead and not do any damage. to the boards or motor?

Being this is the most recent one with sounds, even though parts has not been updated with the specific number of yours, this is the control board and yes it full rectifies AC to DC so I see no reason 12V DC would not work.
Again, per the manual they show 14V AC, however, seeing the control board, and knowing this is the modern one that has sounds, I think it should be fine.
