MTH Railking Union Pacific 4-8-8-4 Big Boy #4014 PS 3.0 Item No. 30-1840-1

I got mine but have yet to unbox it. Hopefully next weekend. On another post this is being discussed. Apparently there are no chalk markings on the front boiler which I am fine with but also apparently the led number boards are missing as well. I don't believe the previous Railking model Big Boys had these either but this was supposed to be a redesigned model with those additions.

I unboxed mine today and ran it.  There is no "Big Boy" script and and no number boards.  Also, the smoke unit fan is loud and in neutral the sound is as loud as the engine sounds.

Maybe the fan motor will break in some. Does it smoke well?

Yes.  It smokes well.
