Picked up an MTH Doodlebug with proto sound 2.0 on e bay. Runs, changes directions, horn and bell sound, cab chatter sounds but I can't get the station sounds to activate. Using an LW with a sound activation button wired in. This transformer with the sound button attached works great on my other MTH trolleys that have what I believe is the earlier proto sound but doesn't trigger the sounds on this bug. Thanks. Bill Makel

I would try your PFA sounds in DCS remote control and see if your PFA sounds work threw your remote then you'll know if its in your engine or not!
I have no idea other than try reversing the wires on the sound activation button.
Tried reversing the wires, no luck. Only have postwar LW with button to run my stuff. Thanks. Bill
Been fussing around with this doodlebug for a few day, got everything working including the cab chatter but no station sounds. Does it only play the station sounds when used with an MTH transformer. I'm using an LW with a sound button wired in. Thanks. Bill makel
