Where can I purchase MTH terminal strips for DCS?

My local hobby shop carries both sizes: #50-1020 (24 port) and #50-1014 (12 port).

I suggest that you order the 12 port terminal blocks rather than the 24's.
DCS works optimally with 12-14 track blocks per channel and the 12 port terminal blocks are actually setup so that you can easily connect two track blocks to each terminal, if necessary.

i made my own with radio shack's 8- position barrier strips and 8-position jumper strips!! cost to make: approx. $10.00.................rogerw.

I have both the 24 & 12 Terminal Blocks and Barry is correct, however my 24 post Terminal Block had 20 sets of wires running to it, when I thought I would have had much less. Remember this all depends on how you are planning to wire your layout from the outset. However if you are going to star wire a medium sized layout, the 12 terminal Block is more than adequate. Myself I always over power and over Terminal Block my layouts.
