MTH train Guides Are these any good ?

hey guys i'm thinking about looking for these MTH guides when i hopefully head up to Dale's train station this summer and i was wondering if they are any good and if you all looked at them before

I mostly care about proto 1 IMO Proto 1 and the original lionel railsounds are absolutely awesome The clanging bell and random cab chatter is really cool and some of it has female voices
