Multiple In-Line 350 Transfer Table Wiring

I see the beautiful two 350 Transfer Table layout pictures posted in 2013 by LEAVINGTRACKS and my questions is how do you set up the wiring to control both of the tables separately when they are on a set of bases that are connected in line as you have them?

I'm running early post-war O-Gauge equipment mainly with post war transformers. That is, zero digital control.
