My LHS closing | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I got a mailer yesterday the my LHS the "Depot Hobby Shop" in Lantana, FL (Palm Beach County) is closing after 37 years. The couple that owns it is retiring. It was a nice little shop, all gauges and a nice plastic model section as well. They did repairs as well on o gauge.

The owner says they will still do Lionel train repair and buy used trains privately outside the shop after closing.

Hey, I've been there only once, this past December. Was visiting the in-laws who are snowbirds who over-winter down there. Guess it won't be there next Christmas so I'll miss any sales.

The mailer did not give a date except to say they are closing and discounts begin today 5/15 and sales are final.
