My old OGR photo posting note,can I throw them away?

I stumbles across old notes that were pertaining to how to post

picture on the old OGR website.They were before the new upgraded web site was put in.I am going to assume that i don't need these

anymore,and therefore i can throw them away.Am I correct??

You can post photos the same way you always did using img and /img tags.

Judging from the number of red x boxes using the new system, perhaps sticking with the old system isn't a bad idea - at least it works consistently.
