A fellow posted yesterday about his installation of a stop light. It got me to thinking that I've got a few installed on my layout but haven't even noticed them in months. I didn't know if they even worked anymore so I thought I'd find out. Do you ever forget about some things that you have on your layout after installing them? I know I do but when someone posts something on the forum that I have or have done it turns the light bulb on and I retake another look.

Nice feature. Adds a lot to the street scene

Nice looking Spence. Do you have them linked to the actual traffic, so it stops and goes in sync with the lights? Bob
Looks good Spence! I like the vegetation growing around the light posts.

Very nice, Spence!

Looks great SPENCE. The sound in vid has a good beat, but tough to dance to.
Good job Spence. The lights add another area of interest for visitors. We are planning to add traffic lights at the train club.
Looks great Spence. I wish I had the ability to do what you have.
Nice added touch to your street scene. Details like traffic lights are often left out when constructing town or city streets but attract a lot of attention if they are installed and working like yours do. I wonder what type of traffic control devices were used in the late 30's and early 1940's? Thanks for posting photo and video, they are great Spence.

Hey Spence
Looking mighty nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That looks real nice Spence. Who made those lights? Originally before I bought mine I was thinking about the MTH units.

Cool, Spence!
I really like them Spence, sure adds to your layout.
Looks nice, never thought of putting the plant material on them to hide the poles, good idea. Also never thought of putting them in line like that, another good idea. I have a set of the MTH traffic lights, just haven't figured out what to do with them yet, some good food for thought here.
Also nice to see someone else with an unfinished basement, just like me. I don't know why, but personally I prefer them like that? I don't really want a finished basement for some unknown reason. We moved to a new home recently and I have noticed I can't see the smoke from the engines against the gray concrete walls. Old house had a stone foundation, smoke showed up very well against that.
Clem; really nice scene.

Yep, just last week I realized the light in my switch tower was out. No idea how long it was out.
Nice to see that car at the intersection with its turn signal blinking, too. Nice attention to detail.
