Ugh.

I have a "need" to spend money on trains.

My choices are either a Chicago Belt Railway Atlas switcher, 399$ from Beth, or this.

I'm interested in seeing how Kinematic couplers work and look, the engine is not in my no-no list of (Pennsy, ATSF, UP, NYC), it would be my first engine with Bluetooth. The paint scheme, eh, seen better, seen worse. Only 95$ more before taxes and possibly shipping.

Someone egg me on.

(Way back in 8th grade we had a teacher that went thru the difference between needs and wants, sticks with me to this day. He was the sort of teacher that wanted to be everybody's friend instead of busting yer hiney to make you learn the subject, but he did have some good points.)
