Need help finding transformer source

I would like to find an exact replacement for several transformers with the following specs:

W.A.C Electronic Transformer

Model: EN-12CYL-AR

Input: AC 120V 5/60Hz 2.5A PF=0.98

Output: AC 12V f=20KHz

Lamp Load: 250W MAX 50W MIN

W.A.C Lighting

BESA Lighting Model No. WMRAIL-TRAN

Input: AC 120V 50 HZ 2.08A

Output AC 12V 20.8A

Outer diameter approx. 4 inches

Inner diameter 1 ¼ inches

Transformers are more or less specially designed to fit their intended application. Your only hope of finding *EXACT* replacements is to find what they go into a buy a second one so you can use the transformer or contact the manufacturer directly and buy replacements.

What do these transformers do?
