It hums when plugged in and the rollers are not worn out. I posted some links from the web of the inside and I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to be able to get voltage to the terminals as I do not get any readings currently.

See if you can jump the circuit breaker. It could be tripped and did not reset itself though the warning light would come on when power is supplied. Also connect directly to the wire for the common ground. Sometime the rivets for the post loose contact with the brass strip.

Do you mean that when using a voltmeter, you do not get any readings across any pair of terminals, even the ones that provide fixed voltages?
