How do I get the body off the chassis. I removed the four screws in the corners but the body won't come off I tried prying but I don't want to damage such a nice piece.

Al, not sure which K Line caboose your working on. On my K Line EV Cupola caboose I had to also remove 4 additional screws which hold the platforms in place, 2 on each end. They are very small screws, you may need to use a #1 phillips head to get them out. Once the platforms were unscrewed the body of mine came off with the ladders and platforms all together.
Thanks Chris after further inspection I found 4 screws down deep holes in the corners that were hard to find. The people on this forum are always ready to help
