Yes, you have a HDLT button (#7).  If this is the screw in version sometimes they loose contact.  Scrape off the locktite holding bulb to base.  Unscrew.  Clean tip and re seat tight.  If that fixes it your set.  The bulb can be tested with 6V or short duration 9V or use the 2.4V battery in your engine.   G

Thank you.  Completely overlooked the #7 button.  Tried that, did not work so think the bulb must be bad.  It looks like a push in bulb (quite small, rectangular in shape).  Still have not been able to get it out.
