Hi all - looking for Lionel service tech in Northern or Central California who will work on Postwar Lionel. Was using someone on the east coast but the shipping is killing me. I live near Monterey, so if I could find someone in the South Bay like around San Jose, that would be ideal.

I can whole heartily recommend Ray Wilson. He is not in San Jose but Santa Ynez (just south of Santa Maria). He is very knowledgeable and reasonable.
