I do see your photos.

Have you contacted Precision Scale for some instructions, if any? Can't tell much from the photos, but, the first step would be to remove the parts from the sprues and file them clean, so you can begin to test-fit them. Soldering (I imagine that epoxy could substitute in areas) is probably called for.

I've E-mailed Precision Scale for instructions'...Nothing has come in so far'..  I don't want to remove the parts from the sprues until I have a better understanding of the parts.  I've been studying photos I have found on various RR sites.  Many, are completely different configurations, and have yet to find any that look like the parts I have'..

Hi Moonman,  funny thing is, the parts on the sprue look nothing like the drawing in the catalog.  I've been trying to find a good example of the actual Pullman prototype.  Again, there are many different versions.  It appears that each road made their own modifications to these mechanisms.  I didn't think it would be as challenging as it is , to obtain a reasonable prototypical replica of this end piece of equipment'...

Thanks for posting'..

Where are the rivet counters when you need them.....

Anyone have any additional information on how these parts go together'.

Still trying to figure out how it goes.... together'... many variations looking at pics .  Can't seem to find a close replica......... of this type...

Thanks in advance for  any help, I appreciate your assistance'..
