Need some help with decals

Hello all! I'm trying to renumber a polar express berkshire jr to look more like the actual 1225. I need help with decals. I've tried finding them but I can't seem to for the pere Marquette. Also how do you apply them? Do you use heat? Are they like stickers? Any and all help is appreciated.

Not an expert but as no one else has answered--

The problem with most O gauge decals is availability, very few are made now. It is possible to buy decal paper and print them on a laser or inkjet printer. Search for information on doing this on OGR forum here.

Decals are cut out from the sheet, soaked in water and applied. Several setting solutions are available to help them "snuggle down" to the model. Again a search of this forum or on the internet should turn up some videos of how to do it.
