New Chessie wont program into Cab 2

Got the new "Chessie" 612 Greenbrier  today..had it all loaded  in the Cab 2 and ready to go..Wont program..  will run on #99 and the Lionchief App but no go with using the Cab 2 ..everything works on 99 and app so its not Mechanical ..Bad switch?..the board the switches  come out from top..theres only one wire per switch including run/program..Missing wire?...anyway to jump or replace the switch?...Any ideas welcome and thanks in advance..its too bad because its beautiful ..brandnew and expensive

You didn't state the product number of the engine. What "New Chessie"?

What I don't know is without the product number- maybe it's TMCC only (example Lionchief Plus 2.0) so if you set CAB2 for that ID into Legacy mode- the set command doesn't work because it's Legacy and the engine only understands TMCC.

Just trying to give one example scenario without more details.

Brand new just arrived today ..Its a Legacy engine as are all my engines
