Wow, is this their first building where they actually have a real interior? That might explain some of the extra cost on these compared to their other buildings.
I still think this would make a great building for a sea or lake-side boardwalk area too. A place where boat trip tickets are sold, ice cream stand, etc. With a few modifications, of course.

I got to see their pilot model (the one in all the first photos) of this depot at the NRMA show in Portland over the weekend. They didn't have the roof off but I got a really good look and was very impressed.
If I didn't already have all the depot/flag stop structures I needed for my layout already built, I'd get one of these in a heartbeat. The photos don't really do it justice, I think...
