Saw the B&O Version of this loco at my LHS over the weekend. Usually I don't stray into the scale stuff but this thing was just beautiful and exactly what I've been looking for with an 19th/early 20th Century B&O Steamer.
Two things - anyone have this engine yet? I've had issues with new PS3 steam not coasting to a stop in conventional when power is cut via direction button or a quick throttle down. They just lock up and skid to a stop, sometimes taking the traction tires off. Can anyone confirm whether or not this loco performs the same or if it does coast to a stop in conventional.
Anyone have any other operational comments/issues with this loco and design, especially on tight curves (0-42 minimum according to the website, I'd bet it would run tighter if you tried).
My rules of no train over $300 - $350 and no more high tech trains may be broken in the near future........
