I have a new Veranda, 20-2185-T, that I ran at a train show this last weekend. It was run with the smoke on and a heavy train at med-high speeds and, the engine would stop and the motors would be fighting each other. Is there anything I should look at before I send it back to MTH for repair? Thanks bruce

Were you running in Conventional or DCS ? Did you try factory reset ?
The engine runs properly for a while but just stops. I can do a shut down and restart and it will run correctly for a while. It MAY be temp. related as the smoke was on and I was pulling a HEAVY train. Thanks Bruce
That sounds different than what I thought was going on, sounds like a PS-3 board issue
Could be a bad motor. For example, a brush spring may overheat and lose tension.
