New Williams Milwaukee Road passenger cars

If they're Williams, they're likely from one of the first set of offerings from the Golden Memories series.  This included some Milwaukee F3 diesel sets.  I don't have the catalogs/brochures anymore and the oldest one I can find online is from 2011, but my recollection of the passenger sets is that they were similar in appearance, regardless of road name - silver with a color stripe, as you describe.  Looking at current WBB catalogs, it doesn't appear that any of the aluminum sets are new.  I'd say the cars you saw are approximately ten years old.

Ok, thanks for the info. One would think I would find old "sold" listings on ebay, or info anywhere else. But nothing.  Really nice looking cars. Just want to see what they go for.

If you are looking for prices, another place to check out is www.choochooauctions.com as there is a price guide on their site somewhere and it might have what the set you are looking for sold for last time it was listed, but you need the set number to be sure.

I have the 15" AL cars for TX SPECIAL.  They are like the Lionel 2500 PW cars.  Heavy.  But if you lube with something like LeBelle's, you will be fine.  I have changed out my lights to screw in LED's.  Adds the wow factor!

Yes exactly. They are modeled after them, look the same. My favorite cars, have many sets. I really like this Milwaukee Road set I saw. I was hoping someone here had them so I could get some numbers from them.

If the Williams or other trains are that old, it would be wise to check out for die-casting of the trucks sides and couplers for if they have not crumbed to pieces due to zinc pest. Check it out before purchase !!!! Just a word of the wise.

I have a few sets of older Williams passenger cars and they have NO zinc pest problems. They do have some coupler issues on the ones with non-operating  or fixed couplers.

You must be thinking of the K-Line Heavyweight passenger cars, now those were really bad for falling apart, even to take one out of the box they came apart.

I have tried a couple of LED lights but they are way too dim in my passenger cars. I have enough power as I am using a post war ZW and a KW.
