New Woodland Scenics Flag Poles with spot light' WIthout plug & Play Hub'

Hi Gang', anyone familiar with the new Woodland Scenics US Flag and pole, with LED spot light. Does the LED have a resistor in it?.. I didn't want the Hub, as I don't believe it is necessary if you have your own wiring/lighting system.

If there is no resistor, I'll add one. I would think there is, unless the resistors are built inside the Hub WS offers.

Do any of you have the flags? The Hubs, the cars that light and or the structures, etc.
