Nick Ladd passes away.

Hi All,

I always enjoyed Nick's presentations at the TCA museum (and if I recall, he presented at some of the early OGR Forum get-togethers in the grandstand, too). He was a real asset to K-Line and a gentleman in the hobby. He will be remembered and missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
