Nifty Large Scale Clockwork In The Garden

There are a lot of talented and inventive folks in the hobby and this video stirred my imagination as the bar as far as what's possible seems to been raised. Quite a while ago, there was an article in Garden Railways about U.K clockworks in the garden which I had forgotten about until I saw this..this humongous engine certainly wouldn't have issues with power pickup. I thought others might enjoy watching this...cranked with a heavy duty power drill!

Okay, now that it impressive. What the heck kind of a spring has he got in there? Those are heavy coaches!

I particularly like the way he can take off a coach on the fly...
