Mid-Central Region Division 2 of the NMRA, the Keystone Division, is meeting on Sunday, October 20th at the Rochester Area Heritage Society, 350 Adams Street, Rochester, PA. The society opens its doors at noon.
Bring-N-Brag (the category is Non-revenue cars, including cabooses) starts at 2:00 pm with the meeting itself starting at 2:30.
All (guests or visitors) are invited! There are no fees or obligation to join. Please come see what the NMRA is all about. And our free 9-month trial membership program is still in effect! Join the NMRA on-line (NMRA.org), bring proof to the meeting, and get the $19.95 fee reimbursed on the spot! In effect, we pay you to join the NMRA!. Pretty hard to beat that. 
The program this month is "Using Evan Designs BrickYard" in which I will describe the creation and weathering of paper covered styrene walls. I used this technique extensively in the building of my Open Hearth.
