Steve,

I talked to Ryan Kunkle today via email and sent him the pictures of mine. He thanked me for showing them to him so he could fix this on future runs. Does not help us now and the center of the truck is threaded for the bolt through the frame. However it sounds like you have to take a lot apart to get to it and suggested sending it back in. I'm getting a RA number tomorrow. It is a bummer.

Great for future NW2 buyers, but for me, I’ll likely be sitting out of BTO for awhile. This seems like something that could have been found during its production delay.

Delay it further if need be, but make it right! It’s fairly hefty for its size, I would haven taken one powered truck if I knew it would work out of the box.

Well after starting this whole post, my Pennsy finally arrived and ran fine.  No major problems found, just a few very mild ones which have been corrected.  Although Lionel 'I found a .30 black O-ring in the bottom of the white foam packing box'.   Can't see any place for it to go.  Any ideas?  Runs and smokes fine without it.  And the smokes stacks do not seem to pull out so it does not go there. No real problems with the rollers other than 1 slightly bent, corrected.  Will inspect it more for any problems at Train Club, for now I am pleased.
