My Railking MTH SD70AC (Illinois Terminal) PS3 loco has stopped smoking.I checked the fan and it works. I checked the wick and it is good. All wires seem to be connected. It does seem that some fluid leaked out as a bit of the chassis is slimey. Any ideas for me. Thanks.

Did you do a feature reset and make sure you had enabled smoke?
Actual product numbers are nice when you're asking for help as well.
30-20136-1 I am running purely conventional. I have not done a reset. Right now I have a z-500; Not sure how to do a reset with it. Thanks.
Check Page 9 of your instruction manual, there's a way to do a factory reset in conventional mode. There's a list of button codes that will do certain functions, you want to do the code of "Reset to Factory Defaults." That being "1 Horn/Whistle, 5 Bells (from Neutral only)"
If that doesn't work, try checking if you somehow put the smoke volume pot all the way to 0%.
I'll give that a try once I get the cab back on the chassis (That seems like it will be a pain!). Thanks.
No luck with the reset. Tried it twice.
Well well well. After not having any luck it seems, I put the loco on the track just to run for fun and the smoke started!. Not sure if it was the reset or or all the jiggling while putting the shell back on the chassis that did it. I'll see tomorrow if it is still smoking.
You may have flooded smoke unit. Turn the locomotive upside down over night and see if that fixes it.
