I am repairing a Noma Talking station, I repaired the motor which was frozen and noticed both belts were rotted. I ordered replacements from a PW parts supplier I have used for some time. They are the repro replacement belts that are made for this. The problem is the large belt fits fine, but the smaller belt is too big in diameter to work. Has anyone else come across this, and help is appreciated.

Obviously the repro belts are mis-sized. Return the belts for a refund. Hopefully you still have the dry rotting originals. If so take them to your local Home Depot and go to the plumbing section and look for O rings. Get a slightly smaller size than the dry rotted original.

TRY A SMALL RUBBER BAND - THAT WAY YOU CAN MAKE IT FIT.
IT WON'T LAST FOREVER BUT THEY ARE EASY TO COME BY.
ALSO TRY "O" RINGS FROM PLUMBING SUPPLY OR HARDWARE STORES.
