I do not see a previous posting about the most recent Notch 6 podcast with Mr. Muffins trains, and if you have the time it is a really nice listen.
I will say, that it’s nice to have a dealer’s point of view to inject a bit of perspective in the manufacturing toy train world.
Being in the manufacturing sector myself, there really was not new information, but having Steve mention that nothing is perfect and more important than the problem itself is the way in which the problem is resolved is more important. This was also echoed by Scott Mann from 3rd Rail. Problems happen, nothing personal, but how we move forward is the key issue.
It seems all manufactures are and will do what it reasonably takes to make customers happy.
